The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 27.2.2009 whereby in a revision, an order was passed rejecting application for grant of an interim order during pendencey of the revision, the revision is of the year 2009.
No one appears to press the petition on behalf of the petitioner even in the revised call.
The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution as well as on merits.
