JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajeev Singh,J.
Vakalatnama filed by Shri K.K. Pandey, Advocate on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 is taken on record.
Heard Shri Anurag Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri K.K. Pandey, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the relief as claimed may be confined with a direction to the respondent to decide their representations as contained in Annexure No.8 to the writ petition.
Shri K.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 has no objection, in case a direction is given to the respondents to decide representations preferred by the petitioners, expeditiously.
In light of the above, without entering into the merit of the case, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to decide the representations preferred by the petitioners, expeditiously say within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is open to the petitioners to move a fresh representations within a period of seven days from today.
We hereby clarify that we are not entering into the merit of the case and the respondents are expected to proceed in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
