Learned advocated has submitted that an additional affidavit apropos query from the Court for filing affidavit indicating that the petitioner is consumer within the area in question, the same is filed. Unfortunately, it is not traced out on the record. Therefore, he has furnished photocopy of said affidavit undertaking that appropriate affidavit will be traced out and placed on record.

In view of this, let there be a notice returnable on 27.02.2012.
