By the impugned order, the case has been adjourned on the application filed by the plaintiff- petitioner in Election Petition No.43 of 2016 (Rakesh Vs. Akhilesh and others). The next date was fixed for 19.11.2018. Copy of the order sheet dated 19.11.2018 and the subsequent date has not been filed along with this petition.
The adjournment sought by the petitioner was allowed by the impugned order dated 2.11.2018. Therefore, I do not find any good reason to interfere with the impugned order.
The petition is dismissed.
