The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 289 of 2014, under Sections- 352, 392, 323, 504, 506, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- Pilkhua, Hapur, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.)-IInd/Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hapur.
Submission is that informant is not appearing before the trial court for leading any evidence in Complaint Case No.
289 of 2014, pending before Civil Judge (Sr. Div.)- IInd/Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hapur.
This application is disposed of directing the court below to grant opportunity to the prosecution to lead evidence and conclude the trial in the aforesaid case in accordance with law, within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
