This writ petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. dated 22.09.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 0240 of 2018 under Sections 506, 504, 341 & 307 I.P.C., Police Station - Barhaj, District- Deoria.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that present F.I.R. has been lodged with a mala fide intention for the purposes of harassment. He further contended that the entire allegations made against the petitioner are false and fabricated.
However, it is directed that in case the petitioner appears and surrenders before the court below and applies for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered and decided expeditiously according to law.
With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of finally.
