Heard Ms. Rishu Mishra, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Pankaj Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 5.6.2021 passed by the respondent no. 2 so far property mentioned at serial no. 14, 15 and 16 of immovable properties and serial no. 5 of movable property.
Admittedly, the petitioners have an alternative statutory remedy under Section 15 of the UP Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed on the ground of alternative statutory remedy.
