2. Petitioner has sought to quash the registration of the FIR in crime No.294/2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 341, 504, 149, 447, 323, 327 and 342 of IPC.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet is laid against the petitioner and other accused persons for the offences above mentioned and the matter is presently pending on the file of the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru in C.C.No.55919/2014.
4. In view of this fact, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek for his discharge on the grounds urged in this petition, the petition is dismissed.
