Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Case No. 00579 of 2018 pending against him under section 17(3) of the Arms before the respondent No. 2, District Magistrate, Azamgarh since 29.3 2018 and his objection dated 16.4.2018 is not being decided therein.
This petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent aforesaid to decide the aforesaid objection of the petitioner in the case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.
