It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that order impugned has been passed in a transfer application which was a second transfer application. Dismissal of the earlier transfer application was not disclosed by the contesting respondents and, therefore, the order passed is illegal.

Respondent nos (3 to 6) are represented by Shri R.K. Srivastava. He prays for and is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner will have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

Until further orders, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 25.2.2014 shall remain stayed.
