By means of the present petition the petitioner is seeking for quashing of the first information report dated 31.05.2021 in Case Crime No.57 of 2021 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Sahpau, District Hathras.
Ms. Anita Singh learned Advocate for the petitioner states that the police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been submitted before the competent court.
The writ petition is, therefore, rendered infructuous.
