2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent came to be arrested on 21.12.2016 itself.
3. Since the second respondent was already arrested, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed.
