Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite order dated 14.8.2019 passed in Case No. 00399 of 2018 by respondent no. 1, the SDM, tehsil Barhaj, District Deoria, it has not been given effect to and therefore submits that respondent no. 1 be directed to give effect to the order.
Sri S.M. Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that settlement of boundary dispute is to take place in compliance of the provisions contained in Rule 22 of UP Revenue Code, 2016. This writ petition can be disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 1 to take action in compliance of Rule 22 of the UP Revenue Code, 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of the order being passed today in PDF form.
In above terms, the writ petition is disposed of.
