No one appears on behalf of respondents no. 2, 3 & 4.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to make payment of Rs.4,95,934/- to him. It is stated that this amount was deposited by the maternal uncle and aunt of the petitioner which is not being paid by the respondent bank. In respect of the petitioner's claim, he is stated to have preferred a representation on 05.10.2018 before the Secretary/Chief Executive Officer, Zila Sahkari Bank Ltd., Siddharth Nagar by registered post, annexure-3 to the writ petition.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping the matter pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2, Secretary/Chief Executive Officer, Zila Sahkari Bank Ltd., Siddharth Nagar to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 5.10.2018, annexure-3 to the writ petition in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order in his office.
Along with the certified copy of the order, the petitioner shall also provide a copy of the representation dated 5.10.2018, annexure-3 to the writ petition.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
