1. Heard Sri Swetashwa Agarwal, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 1760 of 2015, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Indrapuram, District Ghaziabad.
3. The Informant is the eye witness of incident and applicant is husband of deceased. FIR version is duly supported by statement of Informant and postmortem report also support cause of death of deceased.
4. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, at this stage, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
5. Application is accordingly rejected.
