Heard Sri Atul Kumar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that there are certain defects in the writ petition and he seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh petition.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
