Sri Preet Pal Singh Rathore learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset states that on account of certain subsequent development, the present writ petition cannot be pressed. He prays for and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particular.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
The certified copy of the first information report shall be returned by the office to the learned counsel for the petitioner on an application filed by him, after keeping the photocopy of the same on record.
