Ram Raj Prajapati, learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the submission of the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioners have an alternative and efficacious remedy of approaching before the competent authority under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, for seeking the relief sought in this writ petition of injuncting the respondents including the respondent no. 6 from interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioners over the disputed parcels of land.
Further there is also merit in the submission of the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioners are already pursuing their remedy before the court below though specific details are not disclosed in the writ petition.
At this stage no cause for interference is made out. It is open to the petitioners to approach the competent authorities/court as per law. In case appropriate application before the competent authority/court is filed, the authorities below shall decide the same as per law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
