Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for Respondents No.1 & 2.

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is allowed a month's time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

Issue notice to Respondent No.3 to 8 by registered post. Steps be taken within two weeks. Office shall send notice returnable at an early date.

List on the date fixed by the office in the notice.

Until further orders of this Court, Departmental Promotion Committee scheduled to be held for the post of Principal in pursuance of the order dated 29.01.2010, shall remain stayed.
