Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.2.
The grievance of the petitioner in the matter of permitting the petitioner to appearing in LL.B, V Semester Examination Batch 2014-2017 needs to be examined by respondent no. 2 at the first instance.
Accordingly, the petitioner may make a representation, ventilating all his grievances, supported by such documents, as may be advised before the respondent no.2 within two weeks from today, along with a certified copy of this order. On such representation being made, respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law by means of a reasoned speaking order, preferably within four weeks from the date the representation is made.
With the aforesaid directions, the instant petition is disposed of.
Cost easy.
