It has been asserted on behalf of the petitioner that in response to an advertisement petitioner applied for the post of Assistant Teacher. The advertisement did not specify the date of interview. The petitioner did not receive any communication in regard to interview and yet selection process has been finalised while appointing respondent no.5 as Assistant Teacher, who is lower in merit, as compared to the petitioner.
Sri Rahul Shukla, Standing counsel, would represent respondent no.1 and Sri J.B.S. Rathore, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent nos.2 and 3.
Let notice be issued to respondent nos.4 and 5 by registered A.D. Post and ordinary process, returnable in four weeks.
Basic Siksha Adhikari, Sultanpur, (respondent no.3) is directed to file affidavit as to by what mode of communication, the candidates were invited for interview.
