The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 1187 of 2016 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that on 22.2.2018 service of summons upon the defendants was held sufficient by substituted mode of service, i.e. publication.
Having regard to the entire facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
