The writ petition has been filed for issuing a mandamus to Senior Superintendent of Police, Allahabad and Superintendent of Police, Chitrakoot (respondents-2 and 3) to ensure fair and impartial investigation in F.I.R. dated 28.5.2018, registered as Case Crime No.0279 of 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 IPC, P.S.George Town, district Allahabad.
It is stated that although the F.I.R. was lodged on 28.5.2018 but the police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the fact of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing Senior Superintendent of Police, Allahabad and Superintendent of Police, Chitrakoot to ensure fair and impartial investigation in Case Crime No.0279 of 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, IPC, P.S. George Town, district Allahabad and submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
