Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The defendants-appellants have preferred this appeal against an interim order dated 17.10.2020 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bulandshahr in Original Suit No.652 of 2020. The order dated 17.02.2020 shall stand modified.
On our request, learned counsel for the parties inquire from their clients. We direct the learned court below to take up the suit for expeditious hearing. The parties will not seek unnecessary adjournment. The pleadings between the parties be completed on or before 15.02.2022.
The instant appeal stands disposed of with a direction to learned trial court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, by exploring the alternative dispute redressal mechanism under Section 89 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
It is understood that the parties will not create any third party right during this interregnum period.
