Heard Mr. A.K. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction upon the Court below to decide the Complaint Case No. 7606 of 2014 (Rakesh Kumar Saini Vs. N.K. Tyagi and others), under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 452, 506, 120B IPC, P.S. Modi Nagar, District Ghaziabad, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. 5th, Ghaziabad, within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
