JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 03.02.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners. Therefore, it was directed to be listed today under the caption ''for dismissal''. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioners to prosecute the case. Under this circumstance this Court presumes that the petitioners have not evinced any interest to prosecute the petition.
