The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Restoration Application No. 103 of 2014 (Ravindra Nath Pandey vs. Radha Pati and others) be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Restoration Application No. 103 of 2014 be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
