JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that investigation of case crime No. 335 of 2013 under sections 363, 366, 376 IPC, P.S. Jethwara, District Pratapgarh may be transferred to other police station of district Pratapgarh.
From the perusal of the records it reveals that there is no good ground for transferring the investigation to any other police station, therefore, such prayer is refused.
Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
