After some arguments counsel for the petitioner made a prayer to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to file an Appeal against the order impugned as provided under Section 19 of the Family Court Act, 1984.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with said liberty.
Certified copy of order which is appended along-with the petition, office is directed to return the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner after keeping the photocopy of the same.
