JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
The petitioners have preferred this petition for quashing of FIR relating to case crime no. 258 of 2010, under sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 IPC read with Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, police station Majhila, district Hardoi.
It is argued that the petitioners are ready for mediating the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.
The FIR is said to have been lodged by Smt. Radha, wife of Shiv Om, but Shiv Om is not petitioner in the present case, therefore, the matter cannot be sent to the Mediation Center for mediation.
Let Shiv Om be impleaded as one of the petitioners as prayed within twenty- four hours.
List/put up tomorrow.
