JUDGMENT / ORDER

The issue involved in the present writ petition is inter connect to Writ Petition No. 20415 of 2001, Raghubir Prasad and others Vs. District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Etah. The result of this writ petition will affect the result of Writ Petition No. 20415 of 2001. Therefore, both the writ petitions be heard together. This Court has jurisdiction only to decide the writ petitions upto year 2000.
Office is directed to place the records of both the writ petitions before Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice for necessary order.
