Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide application under Order39, Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. which is stated to be pending.
For such a relief, the appropriate course for the petitioner is to move an expedite application before the court concerned. If any such application is moved, the court shall examine whether the other side has been served with notice of the proceedings or not. If it has already been served then it can taken up the matter, as per urgency, if any.
