(By Sri.B.Balakrishna, AGA) …Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the R-2 and 3 not to arrest the petitioner by illegally detaining him and using third degree treatment or harass the petitioner and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.
Sri. B. Balakrishna, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for a writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to arrest the petitioner by illegally detaining him and using third degree treatment or harass the petitioner.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall neither illegally detain the petitioner nor shall use third degree treatment or harass the petitioner. It is further submitted that the action against the petitioner shall be taken strictly in accordance with law.
4. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
