Heard Sri Puneet Bhadauria, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pankaj Dubey, learned Counsel for the respondent no.2 and Sri Dinesh Kumar Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1 and 3.
At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition with better particulars and relief claimed for.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
It is further made clear that whenever fresh writ petition is filed, notice thereof shall be given by the learned counsel for the petitioner to Sri Pankaj Dubey, learned Advocate in advance.
