This petition is directed against the order dated 6.11.2020, whereby petitioner has been shifted from Animal Hospital, Sarai Aqeel, Kaushambi to Animal Hospital, Ganpa. This order is assailed on the ground of various personal hardships including illness of the petitioner.
Writ petition is opposed by the learned Standing Counsel.
From the materials placed on record, it transpires that the petitioner did not join pursuant to the order impugned dated 6.11.2020 on account of his alleged sickness and for the last more than two months, he has been seeking extension from the authorities.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that no interference with the order of transfer is required particularly when he has been sent from one hospital to another hospital within the same district. Challenge laid to the order of transfer, therefore, fails. However, in case petitioner joins at the transferred place pursuant to the order impugned forthwith, it shall be open for him to make a representation before respondent no. 3, alongwith copy of this order, in respect of his grievance, which shall be considered, in accordance with law.
Writ petition, accordingly, is consigned to records.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
