The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar, respondent-2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 6.4.2017 relating to payment of salary of the petitioner.
It has been stated that the petitioner attained the age of superannuation on 30.9.2014. But salary of the petitioner for a period from November 2013 to September 2014 has not been paid to him till today. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect on 6.4.2017 but no order has been passed.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar, respondent-2 to decide the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order.
