JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned A.G.A. It is submitted by the learned A.G.A. that this application may be disposed of today. This application has been filed with a prayer that delay in filing the appeal may be condoned. The appeal has been field beyond the period of limitation by 25 days. The appeal of the co-accused against the impugned judgement has been admitted, its appeal number is 6828 of 2011. Sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay in filing the appeal, therefore, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.The appeal shall be deemed to be filed well within the period of limitation. The office shall allot a regular number to the appeal. Accordingly this application is allowed.
