The grievance of the petitioner is in respect a Brick-Kiln of the fifth respondent which is alleged to be at a distance of 200 meters of the residential colony.

Having regard to the nature of the grievance, we direct the Regional Officer of the U.P. Pollution Control Board namely the third respondent to entertain the grievance and after a site verification take necessary action as may be warranted in accordance with law expeditiously.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
