We have heard learned counsel for parties and perused the pleadings of writ petition.

Admittedly, there is a forum provided under the U.P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act for challenging the order, impugned herein, passed by the Naib Tehsildar directing mutation in favour of the private opposite party. Thus, the petitioner may avail the appropriate remedy, as provided under the said statute, instead of filing the writ petition.

Writ Petition is, thus, dismissed.
