Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In this petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District Mathura to decide the. Case No. 216 of 2016 (Rajveer vs. Poonam) filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet it is apparently clear that the matter is being delayed unnecessarily and due to pendency of the aforesaid case, the petitioner is not in a position to settle his life properly.
Considering the facts of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District Mathura to decide the. Case No. 216 of 2016 (Rajveer vs. Poonam) filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, as expeditiously as possible, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
