The petitioner has challenged the appointment of the respondent No.7 Smt. Ranjana Singh, who is stated to be Assistant Teacher in Rani Awantibai Inter College, Marhara, District Etah. The petitioner has further prayed that the State-respondents be restrained to make payment to salary to her.
After the arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition and, therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as prayed.
