The petitioner applied for loan for running Milk Dairy, which application was processed by a committee constituted by the District Magistrate. The said committee appears to have forwarded the papers to Bank of Baroda, Branch Jalesar, District Etah for the purpose of providing loan to the petitioner. It is alleged that this application is pending consideration before the Bank.
Without going into the veracity and the assertions made by the petitioner, we dispose of the matter directing the Bank to consider the petitioner's application for grant of loan in accordance with law within six weeks.
