The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut to consider and conclude Case No. 1348 of 2011, arising out of Case Crime no. 278 of 2010, under Sections 223 and 224 I.P.C., P.S. Medical, district-Meerut, pending in the Court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is a retired police official and due to this criminal case his entire retiral benefits have not been given to him. Further submission is that the applicant is suffering from age related ailments and is need of money.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the material on record, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut to consider and conclude Case No. 1348 of 2011, arising out of Case Crime no. 278 of 2010, under Sections 223 and 224 I.P.C., P.S. Medical, district- Meerut, expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
