The instant petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 124/2017, expeditiously and also objections dated 27.1.2018, filed by the petitioner for vacating ad interim injunction.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is only pressing the relief for deciding objections filed by the petitioner for vacation of the order of temporary injunction. It is urged that the plaintiff respondents succeeded in obtaining ex-parte injunction order and the same is being extended by the trial Court from time to time without deciding the objections filed by the petitioner for vacating the same.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction, including the objections filed by the petitioner dated 27.1.2018, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
