1. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners who have married out of their own sweet will and against their parents' wishes and are being harassed by the family members.
2. It has been that the petitioner no.1 is aged about 33 years and the petitioner no.2 is aged about 31 years. They have performed their marriage on 08.11.2019 at Arya Samaj Krishna Nagar Prayag and have also filed an application for on-line registration of their marriage under the U.P. Registration of Marriage Rules, 2017 on the same date.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Kosi Kalan, District-Mathura who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
