THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28010 of 2005 Between:
Rajulapati Nageswara Rao PETITIONER AND 1. Mandal Parishad Development Officer, Ganapavaram, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
