(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Pursuant to the previous order dated 10.1.2012, the appellant is stated to have already deposited a sum of Rs.10,000/- with the Registry of the Court. Learned counsel Mr.Yogen Pandya appears for the respondent. The appeal is allowed by consent with cost of Rs.10,000/- which shall be paid to the respondent through his advocate by a cheque in his name by the Registry. Accordingly, the original Misc. Civil Application for restoration No.2596 of 2011 shall stand allowed and subject to removal of remaining office objections, if any, the main Special Civil Application No.5834 of 2011 shall stand restored to file and it may be listed before the appropriate court for admission hearing in due course.
Civil Application does not survive and accordingly stands disposed.
