JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days so as to complete incomplete construction of his house.
Learned APP invited attention of the Court to jail remarks.
The convict is undergoing life imprisonment for offence under Sections 302 and 114 of Indian Penal Code and now he has undergone 2 years, 2 months and 16 days as on 21.5.2012. He was granted temporary bail in the month of May, 2011 for 20 days on the occasion of the engagement of the son. He absconded and lodged back in the jail only after remaining absent for 167 days by police.
In light of that, the application is rejected.
