Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under section 482 Cr. P. C. has been filed challenging the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 79 of 2010 (Shabana Vs. Raju Deen and others), under sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Sadabad, District Hathras, as well as the order dated 02.01.2017, whereby the non-bailable warrants have been issued against the applicant.
From the record, it appears that non-bailable warrant has been operating against the applicant since 02.01.2017 i.e. for more than 1 year and 6 months. In spite of the expiry of aforesaid period, the applicant has chosen not to appear before the Court below. This shows a total disrespect to the process of the Court.
In view of the facts as noted herein above, no occasion arises before this Court to entertain the present application.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
