Heard Mr.S.P.Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that the petitioner has made an application to the Designated Authority under the Gujarat Regularization of Unauthorized Development Act, 2011, for regularization of the construction put up by him. It is submitted that in the meanwhile, the petitioner apprehends that the construction put up by him may be demolished by the respondent-Corporation pursuant to the Notice dated 31.01.2012, issued to him.
Issue Notice returnable on 10.05.2012.
The status-quo, as it exists today qua the construction of the petitioner, shall be maintained till then.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
